The System

The System

What is my system? First, let me give you the definition I use for ‘system’ – it’s nothing more than ‘daily operation of business’.

My business is Network Marketing and within my business, success depends on three things;

1) Prospecting = finding people to talk to
2) Presentation = talking to those people I find
3) Duplication = teaching those people I find who decide to join me in business to
do the three things, as well.

Is that not SIMPLE? Each of those three are part of my daily opertation of business. Each are a part of my ’system’. They each should be a part of your ’system’, too if you want HUGE success in your Network Marketing business.

It’s actually so simple, that many don’t accept the simplicity and try to reinvent the wheel with, “If I complicate the steps, surely I will make MORE money!”

WRONG!

It’s the simplicity that makes Network Marketing possible for virtually anyone. Anyone that is that is willing to KEEP IT SIMPLE!

Everything we, as members of The Free To Relax Team teach, relates to one of the three parts of the system I listed above; finding people to talk to, talking to those people and teaching them to find people to talk to and talking to those people.

If you are a Network Marketer and not making the monthly income you want to be earning, more than likely you are lacking in one of the three areas of the system.

- Do you have a method for prospecting? (finding people to talk to)
- Do you have a method for presenting? (talking to those people you find)
- Do you have a method for teaching those who join you to duplicate? (find people and talk to them)

If the income you are earning from your Network Marketing business isn’t the income you are wanting to be earning, then you need to decide which area needs work, then go to work on that area for the next 30 days.

Go to your sponsor or your upline and ask them to answer these questions –
1) What do you suggest I do to find people to talk to?
2) How do you suggest I present the business to those people I find?

If you aren’t satisfied with their replies, continue to ask UNTIL you hear a reply and ((think)), “I CAN DO THAT!”

Then DO IT! And don’t forget to teach those who join you in business to DO IT, too!

Branson, Misourri

Planning a vacation to Branson? Or maybe wanting to make vacaiton plans but not sure where to go?

Our family visited Branson a few years back and it’s on our list to visit again. We all had a GREAT time. It was my husband and myself, then our three children and their ages were spread out — Jordan was 16, Clayton was 6 and Paige was 3. There really was FUN for us all! It was not the ‘retirement’ crowd I was expecting.

We stayed at one of the timeshare rentals — paid only $350 for the WEEK for a 3 bedroom condo with 3 baths and a kitchen and we are NOT a timeshare owner! Just run a serach for timeshare rentals in Branson and you’ll find many properties to choose from. Here is just one example – Branson Timeshare Rentals

We visited all of the following and loved them all -

Dixie Stampede
McFarlain’s for GREAT FOOD
Shepard of the Hills
Silver Dollar City

In addition, we stopped by for pie and ice cream at a local parlor one evening following dinner, then took the most amazing horse and carriage ride along the river another evening — and the river was all lit up for the Christmas Holiday season.

We also took one afternoon and drove around the Table Rock Lake .. only one of many lakes in the area.

Book Branson, a great vacation for the entire family!

Easy Ground Beef and Pasta
icon1 Kathy Schneider | icon2 Recipes | icon4 09 9th, 2008| icon31 Comment »

This is a basic but hearty and delicious casserole, made with pasta and ground beef, along with tomatoes and seasonings. Top this casserole with Monterey Jack cheese or use a blend shredded American and Jack or Cheddar cheeses.

Ingredients:

3 cups uncooked medium shells or mini penne pasta

1 pound lean ground chuck or ground round (85 to 90% lean)

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with juice

1 large can (15 ounces) tomato sauce

2 teaspoons granulated sugar

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°. Lightly spray or grease an 11×7-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute beef with onion and celery, breaking up with a spoon. Cook, stirring, until almost cooked through. Add garlic and salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, granulated sugar, and the cooked drained pasta. Spoon into the prepared baking dish and cover dish tightly with foil. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Remove foil. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake uncovered for about 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.Serves 4 to 6.

For a complete meal, add a tossed salad, french rolls, and one of my family’s favorite desserts — strawberries with cool whip!

“Discover the five simple steps every successful Network Marketing distributor will take in order to build a duplicating, thriving, and enduring empire… Because when you learn these principles, and then apply them, you can in fact build the business of your dreams!” Michael Clouse

Order your copy of The Fifth Principle today and be sure to encourage all those in your downline to order a copy, as well. For $6 – $12 a copy, based on quantity ordered, it will be one of the least expensive investments you’ll make into your business — and certainly will give you the largest return.

Just a few years back, I was struggling with DUPLICATION. I had experienced some success with prior MLM companies I’d ‘tinkered’ with and although I did okay, it certainly wasn’t anything to BRAG about!

I went to my ‘home office library’ and began to search for a title that might offer some help. The Simple Art of Duplication —- hum?? Now, that sounded like JUST what I was looking for but to be honest, thinking back – so many times what I hoped would help (from reading a title) wasn’t usually all that I hoped for. I was WRONG! I sat in my family room listening once, twice, three times then not sure how many more times I played the CD again but I was AMAZED! It was ALL I was looking for and SO MUCH more!

As I sat there playing the CD, taking notes <pause> <rewind> <play again> and taking notes … to not miss a single word or any of the suggested readings, CDs, websites, etc … I thought “who is this MICHAEL CLOUSE?” I’ve never heard of him. Why not? He is good! I like what I’m hearing and even BETTER YET … I CAN DO THIS!

Sitting down at my computer, I typed in the web address I’d written down in my notes –
www.nexera.com

It was at the point that I began to refer others to the Clouse system of training, his books, audios and getting all of my team subscribed to his newsletters … that I began to experience duplication. My income began to grow monthly – just like I’d read about happening in other’s network marketing careers but questioned if I’d personally ever have the pleasure. I’ve had the pleasure and YOU CAN, TOO!

The Fifth Principle

Don’t have any of the Michael Clouse ‘trainings’? Not sure where to begin – start with Step 1 in The System or if that’s out of budget, then at least order a copy of The Fifth Principle.

Destination for a San Antonio, Texas Vacation

Our family is not one to ‘flock’ to destinations with the ‘crowds’. We research and look for the least likely traveled days when planning our vacations so we take VERY FEW vacations in the Summer – but opted to have a backyard pool for those lazy days of Summer; June, July and August.

Come Fall, though we begin to get the ‘yearning’ to getaway.

Our children attend a Private School that has the full week off at Thanksgiving so traditionally we’ve used that week for vacationing; going to the tourist spots the few days prior to Thanksgiving, then planning for Thursday – Saturday to be somewhere that doesn’t involve lines, etc.

This Thanksgiving Week, we’ve planned a vacation, Saturday – Wednesday (prior to Thanksgiving) to visit the San Antonio, Texas River Walk http://www.thesanantonioriverwalk.com/

Take a look at their photo gallery – http://www.thesanantonioriverwalk.com/photos/default.aspx

In the past, we stayed at a hotel directly on the River Walk – enjoyed it so much, we’ve booked a hotel on the Walk again this year. Breakfast overlooking the river, then most everything one would want to see or do (and more) is all within walking distance. Last time, our car never left the parking garage except the day we spent at San Antonio’s Sea World …. which we’ll take a day to attend again this year.

We discovered that the Monday prior to Thanksgiving – Sea World isn’t attended by many people at all. We pretty much at Shamu all to ourselves! http://www.seaworld.com/sanantonio/default.aspx

The San Antonio River Walk had a River Mall – http://www.shoprivercenter.com/main/index.php

Each evening it’s dinner at yet another great restaurant while sitting along the River and we always reserve one night to dine at the RainForest Café -  http://www.rainforestcafe.com/

And should you have an opportunity to visit, don’t miss taking a tour of the Alamo. The Alamo is not only one of Texas’ most important historical landmarks, it is also one of the state’s most popular tourist attractions, with over 2.5 million visitors annually.

And FOR SURE, take a ride up to the top of the Hemisphere. Located near downtown San Antonio, just a short walk from the River Walk, the 15-acre HemisFair Park has undergone extensive renovation and additions over the years. Today, it features, among other things, exhibits remaining from the ’68 World’s Fair, a labrinyth of cascading waterfalls, a children’s playground and, the landmark of the San Antonio skyline, the 750-foot tall Tower of the Americas.

icon1 Kathy Schneider | icon2 Recipes | icon4 09 2nd, 2008| icon3No Comments »

Ingredients:

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup
uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Stir the soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in an 11 x 8-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish.

Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover.

Bake at 375°F. for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Top with cheese. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes. Stir rice before serving.

Try It Alfredo: Use 1/4 cup grated Parmesan for Cheddar cheese. Add 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese with soup. Use broccoli flowerets for vegetables. Top chicken with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Trim It Down: Use Campbell’s® 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup instead of regular soup and use low fat cheese instead of regular cheese.

Mexican: In place of onion powder and pepper use 1 teaspoon chili powder. Substitute Mexican cheese blend for Cheddar.

Italian: In place of onion powder and pepper use 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed. Substitute 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan for Cheddar.

To finish off the meal, add a tossed salad, hot rolls and a dozen slice / bake / serve chocolate chip cookies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
